YANGON – SYRIAM – YANGON SIGHTSEEING (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, 45-minute-morning drive to Syriam, the ancient city of Burma, used to be the Portugese enclave for 13 years in the 16th century. It's a country drive and the places of interest to be explored in Syriam are the ruins of the oldest Catholic Church built in AD-1750 commissioned by Paolo Nerini, an Italian missionary from the Barnabite Order, funded by an Armenian Nicolai de Agualar, the Shinmwenun Pagoda overlooking the Bago River in the compound of the State-run-oil-refinery factory, the busy market, Yele Pagoda in Kyauktan Township, which is built in the middle island in the river, Kyaikkhauk Pagoda, then drive all the way back to Yangon, time for dinner and overnight at the hotel in Yangon. MANDALAY – PYIN OO LWIN SIGHTSEEING (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, a 2-hour drive to Pyin-u-lwin, which is about 69 km to the north-east of Mandalay, 1,050 m above sea level, a former British hill-station or the summer resort for them because of it's nice and cool weather. Sightseeing in Pyin-Oo-lwin includes the central market to see the way of life of the people, take a short horse-&-cart ride to explore the city on the way to the beautiful celebrated botanical garden which was first built in 1915, having 176 hectare, featuring the rich life of 428 species of local and foreign trees, 250 species of local orchids from around Myanmar, a newly opened Butterfly Museum, etc., then time for lunch and then the Pwekauk Waterfall, which is the local picnic spot and Maha-ant-htu-kan-tha marble Buddha Image on the hill top overlooking the ranges of the Shan hills, the British Governor’s Residence then drive back to Mandalay , time for dinner and overnight at the hotel. YANGON- BAGO SIGHTSEEING (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, start the morning country drive to Bago, which is 80 km to the northeast of Yangon and it's about 2-hour drive. On the way, visit Shwenyaungpin ( the golden banyan tree where the newly bought cars are shown to the guardian spirit of the tree to get his protection ), the Htaukkyan War Cemetery taken care of by the British Common Wealth, proceed to Bago, the 2nd Burmese Empire founded in 16th century to pay a visit to such places of interest as the reconstructed Kambawzathadi Palace, Hinthagon Pagoda, which is the first ever site of Bago, then called Hamsawaddy, time for lunch and visit Shwehmawdaw Pagoda similar to Shwedagon in architecture but 104-m higher than it, the Huge Shwethalyaung RecliningBuddha Image, the Kyaikpun Phaya (4 seated Buddha Images, 9.5 m high, built originally in 15th century ), etc.,drive back to Yangon, dinner and overnight at the hotel.
